President of the Tirana Regional Council joins the initiative “Hands, Heart, Warm City”

The President of the Tirana Regional Council, Mr. Aldrin Dalipi, joins the initiative “Hands, Heart, Warm City” of EkoMendje organization.
This volunteer initiative consists in serving warm tea to all municipality workers who care about the cleaning of the capital, especially in the colder nights of January.
Along with the group of volunteers, Mr. Dalipi expressed his gratitude for their tireless work during low temperatures winter nights.
