Chairman of the Municipal Council, Mr. Aldrin Dalipi and Deputy Mayor, Mrs. Brunilda Paskali in special ceremony, honored with the “Key of the City” the President of the Social – Democrats Group in the European Parliament , Gianni Pittella .
