Responding to the requests of citizens from Tirana Region’s Administrative Units, for agricultural land property transfer, from the former agricultural establishments to the actual users and beneficiaries, Head of Tirana Regional Council, Aldrin Dalipi established a working commission to analyze and assay all related requests of Administrative Units.
The commission will assay and will follow up the evaluation of files and documents from the applied requests of administrative units, in order to assure full compliance with the laws and regulation in power, cadastral maps and the actual situation on terrain.
In his first meeting, the Committee that is compound of specialists of the Directorate of Land Administration and Protection and urban engineers, discussed on the approach toward the requests and procedures and designed an action plan to respond in duly to citizens’’ requests.
