The commission established from the head of Tirana Regional Council, Mr. Aldrin Dalipi to analyze and assay all related requests of Administrative Units on agricultural land, in early September this year, has assayed 200 requests from Vora Municipality, and the administrative units of Ndroq and Vaqar in Tirana Region.
Established to respond the Decision of Council of Ministers, this commission has prepared the cartographic material based on which there will be given ownership of the agricultural land of former farms. The commission assayed the compliance of cartographic materials with the constructive borderline on villages and cities.
Along with the intensive work of this commission, Tirana Regional Council is on a frequent communication with all municipalities, administrative unit and other governmental institution in charge of this process by DCM.
All this work is a prerogative to further progress with all legislative procedures to issue the acts of acquiring land ownership to agricultural land users.
